I am so glad that I saw this ad. I shared it with my sisters, and they simply love them, and they are going to be ordering cups for themselves. I wish I could afford to purchase them all myself. I am retired and a senior citizen. The quality was fantastic.

The product was beautiful and worth the wait.
Customer service was prompt and courteous.
I didn’t like the fact that the product started it’s journey from China even though your address was within the states it’s a little bit deceptive.
Finally, the shipment went well until New York and it was stuck for over a week before it was finally arriving in Pennsylvania. I don’t know if that was weather related but an email would’ve been nice as we are tracking our purchase.
I don’t think customers should have to email the company, wondering why it hasn’t moved in 10 days.
Again, customer service was amazing. Just not sure about the shipment once it got to the states..
You have a very good reputation with your company. Just these few things would be better for us as customers.
I received many many emails about purchasing more product. I would prefer those emails were tracking my product first before advertising for me to buy more.
