No order received

I have two orders on November 25 I received one on 14 December and the second one is a facility on the 19th and not have received it at all or heard anything amongst numerous letters sent to you nobody has talk to me or let me know why this piece has been sitting in a facility waiting arrival for the US PS I would like to know where it is and why I have not received it so therefore I would like a total refund on the $41 and change because I did not receive it in time for Christmas and it was very important piece that I needed. Respectfully and not Happy!!
