Received my ornaments December 30th. I like them very much and have it hung up in my living room. My brother will be coming to visit sometime in the New Year and I can't wait to give him his. Nicer than was expected.

Too much trouble

I placed this order and accidentally took wrong background.. within seconds of placing order I wrote them immediately and asked to change background.. they said I had to place a second order and cancel old order.. my sign had 11 people on it (yes a big family) and was a simple change for them to do but not so simple for me to redo my whole order.. of course my card was charged for order immediately . My intention.. and I did tell them that.. was that if it turned out nice I would have placed an order for the 8 other family members still alive . Unfortunately since it is not nice with the white background and because of the horrible customer service issues..and I am not even complaining about the fact that it was ordered on December 12/21 and was received on January 6/22..I will not be placing that order from Makezbright !! Thank you !
